Voice prompt guide — emotion tags
Your agent's first_message and spoken replies support emotion tags. Wrap a sentence in a tag and the voice changes tone naturally — pauses, sighs, warmth, urgency. Tags come from your script; the voice engine reads them.
How it looks in a prompt
[warm] Ačiū, kad palaukėte, matau jūsų rezervaciją. [sighs] Deja, 15:00 skrydis atšauktas. [reassuringly] Bet nesijaudinkite — perkėlėme jus į 17:40 skrydį, ta pati vieta, be papildomo mokesčio. [cheerful] Viskas sutvarkyta!

- Tags work in
first_messageand in any text the agent speaks. - They are stripped from transcripts — the customer transcript shows clean text.
- Use sparingly: 1–2 tags per message sound natural; every sentence tagged sounds robotic.
- Tags work in every supported language.
