Usage & Billing

Billing model

- Per-second billing from answer to hang-up, minimum 15 s.

- Monthly plan minutes are consumed first — they do **not** roll over.

- Overage is prepaid from your wallet (Stripe top-up).

Endpoints

- `GET /v1/usage?year=2026&month=9` — minutes, tokens, costs per month

- `GET /v1/billing/balance` — wallet balance (via `/v1/tenant`)

- `POST /v1/topup` — Stripe Checkout session (€10–1000)

- `GET /v1/usage` response includes `wallet_balance_eur`

Email delivery

After each call you receive (optional, per agent):

- Full transcript

- Summary (1–2 sentences)

- .mp3 recording attached

The recording is **deleted from our servers immediately after sending** — the email is your archive. Transcripts remain in the dashboard for 30 days (extendable in 30-day blocks up to 6 months, +€5 per extension).
