Set up your first LionVoice AI receptionist in 10 minutes

No programmer. Open the dashboard with the magic link from your inbox. You need a SIP / VoIP number from your provider — then the rest is buttons, about 10 minutes.

  1. Step 1 — Create your account Open app.lionvoice.app/app. Enter your email. Check the inbox (and spam). The magic link works once, 15 minutes. You land in the Dashboard. No password.
  2. Step 2 — Create your AI agent Left menu Agents → New assistant. Fill Name (e.g. Reception), Language, Voice (Lion-AI Warm = warm European desk; Lion-AI Clear = international), Who speaks first, First message. Click Save.
  3. Step 3 — Tell your AI about the business Left menu Knowledge → Upload a file (.txt, .md, .csv or .json, max 500 KB) or paste text. Then open the assistant and assign that file.
  4. Step 4 — Connect your phone number LionVoice does not issue a number in the dashboard — use your VoIP provider (kalbu.lt or any SIP). Left menu SIP / VoIP: Host, Port (usually 5060), Username, Password, Transport, Caller ID (the E.164). Click Save and attach line. Wait until Status is connected (about two minutes). Password is never shown again.
  5. Step 5 — Assign the number Left menu Phone numbers. Paste the same E.164 → Add number → under Assistant pick your agent → OK. Inbound is on by default.
  6. Step 6 — Make your first test call Two ways. A) Call that E.164 from another phone. B) On Phone numbers: Test call — type your mobile, pick the agent, click Call me (rings within a minute). Checklist: rings · LionVoice answers · AI hears you · AI responds · the row appears under Calls · transcript appears. That is the moment it works.
  7. Step 7 — Teach your AI what to do What should the AI be able to do? Book appointments, check a calendar, send SMS or email, look up a customer, transfer, take a message. Start with transfers. Advanced → custom API tool is in the developer docs.
  8. Step 8 — Test real conversations Ask something your customers ask — opening hours, a price, a transfer. Read the transcript. If the answer is wrong, add a knowledge file and try again.
  9. Step 9 — Calls and transcripts Calls → All calls. Each row: caller, duration, agent, status, recording, transcript, tools used, cost. You don't need to listen to every call — transcripts show what customers ask.
  10. Step 10 — Billing Your plan + included minutes + additional usage = monthly cost. Wallet covers overage. Auto top-up and invoices live under Billing. No API required.

Dashboard: app.lionvoice.app/app — the same buttons named in the steps (Agents, Knowledge, SIP / VoIP, Phone numbers, Calls).
