Introduction

LionVoice is a production-grade B2B AI voice-agent platform. You create agents, connect your own VoIP/SIP numbers, and the platform answers and places calls 24/7 — billed per second.

Core concepts

- **Tenant** — your company account. All resources (agents, numbers, files, calls) belong to your tenant.

- **Agent** — an AI voice assistant with a system prompt, voice, language, tools and knowledge base.

- **Call** — every conversation with per-second billing, transcript, summary and recording.

- **API key** — `lv_live_...` bearer tokens you create in the dashboard. Secrets are shown once.

Quickstart

1. Create an API key in the dashboard (Developers → API keys).

2. Create an agent: `POST /v1/agents`.

3. Upload knowledge: `POST /v1/files`.

4. Schedule or fire a call: `POST /v1/calls`.

5. Watch usage: `GET /v1/usage`.
